Jack Adams


Biography

Jack Adams, a Toronto highschool teacher, grew up in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia where his New England forbears settled in 1760. Specializing in Canadian literature at Acadia University and the University of Toronto, he first became interest in the career of Sir Gilbert Parker while doing post-gradute work under the direction of Dr. Philip Child. He has published several articles on Canadian history and biography, including that of Sir Charles G.D. Roberts.
